An attorney who admitted to burgling a Best Buy has been disbarred due to his felony conviction.
The Appellate Division, First Department disbarred Kevin G. McLean on Tuesday following McLean’s May 1 guilty plea in Manhattan Supreme Court to third-degree burglary, a class D felony. He received a one-year prison sentence on May 15.
