ESTATE OF JOSEPHINE JONES, Deceased (619A/04/B) — In this estate, the decedent’s son and sole distributee filed an order to show cause for a decree to be entered revoking the letters of administration that issued to the respondent, an attorney-designee, and granting letters of administration d.b.n. to his present counsel-designee.

Letters of administration issued to the respondent on April 15, 2005. The son’s petition for a compulsory account was granted upon the respondent’s default, and an order directing the respondent to account within 30 days of personal service upon her of a certified copy of that order was entered on February 20, 2013. Upon the petitioner’s inability to personally serve the respondent with process, the court directed service of process of a certified copy of said order upon the Chief Clerk of the Court by order entered May 3, 2013, pursuant to which the Chief Clerk of the Court mailed a certified copy of said order upon the respondent as directed therein. The respondent has had ample opportunity to file an account, but to date she has failed to follow the directions of the court.
