Suspended Nassau County divorce attorney Dominic Barbara has been arrested and charged with choking his girlfriend though his defense attorney calls the allegations “absolutely false.”
Other charges pending against Barbara include stalking and trying to extort his ex-wife. He was arraigned Monday on charges of Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or Blood Circulation, a misdemeanor punishable up to a year in jail.
