Regarding an article "Casino Ballot Line Spells Out Purported Benefits," (Sept. 13) I would like to point out that outside every polling place there are signs posted stating there is to be no electioneering within 100 feet of the poll.
The wording of the proposed amendment to Section 9, Article 1 of the Constitution stating the possible public benefits of the amendment would appear to be electioneering, which is taking place right inside the voting booth, and this is a violation of the no electioneering rule.
