A federal judge has set a date of Dec. 2 for a new fraud trial for former Senate Majority Leader Joseph Bruno, although defense attorneys are pursuing a further appeal. Northern District Judge Gary Sharpe (See Profile) has ordered prosecutors and defense attorneys to file trial briefs and witness lists in advance.
