A Long Island lawyer has been suspended from practicing law for three years for selling stock in a nutritional supplements company he worked for, and advising his father to do the same, based on insider information.

A unanimous Appellate Division, Second Department, panel ruled on Wednesday in Matter of Drucker, 04932/10, that, despite some mitigating factors, Mitchell Drucker of Suffolk County did not deserve leniency, saying he had not shown remorse.
