ESTATE OF JOHN BRADY, Deceased (385A-2004/A) — In this proceeding to judicially settle the account of the Public Administrator, a kinship hearing was held before the court and referred on consent of all parties to a member of the court’s Law Department for continued hearing and to hear and report.
