A unanimous Appellate Division, First Department, panel on Thursday reinstated a lawsuit filed against the owner of a Bronx building by a woamn who tripped and fell in front of the building, ruling that a release she signed might be fraudulent even though she was represented by counsel.

The woman, Rachel Gonzalez, tripped in front of an Associated Supermarket on Burnside Ave. in the Bronx in August 2008 and broke her collarbone. In September 2008, she retained a law firm, which told her not to talk about the accident to anyone but the firm and her doctor.
