Attorneys for Gigi Jordan, the pharmaceutical executive accused of feeding her autistic 8-year-old son a fatal dose of prescription pills, are attempting to force a Manhattan assistant district attorney to reveal under oath whether the prosecution listened-in on privileged communications between the murder defendant and her lawyers.

In a motion filed Friday laced with scurrilous allegations of misconduct, counsel for Jordan allege Manhattan Assistant District Attorney Kerry O'Connell has violated court orders and repeatedly lied, and that Supreme Court Justice Charles Solomon (See Profile) has turned a blind eye to the prosecutor's bad behavior. The district attorney's office strenuously denies that O'Connell, or anyone else in the office, did anything wrong and says it will respond in writing later this week.
