An ex-Baker & McKenzie partner, now disbarred and awaiting sentencing after pleading guilty to money laundering and conspiracy to commit securities fraud, allegedly "lied" to the probation department about his assets, according to federal prosecutors.
Eastern District prosecutors argue in a May 31 sentencing memorandum that Martin Weisberg made "misrepresentations" about his interest in United Stations Radio Network as outlined in the probation agency’s presentence investigation report.
