Shutterstock has signed an 11-year lease for about 85,000 square feet at 350 Fifth Ave., the Empire State Building. The 2.9-million-square-foot landmark tower is supervised by Malkin Holdings and is the flagship of W&H Properties’ pre-war portfolio.

New York City-based Shutterstock, a global provider of licensed images, will be relocating its headquarters later this year from 60 Broad St. The company has been downtown since 2008, leasing about 35,000 square feet, according to Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, which brokered the lease for both parties. Shutterstock did not provide details on the reasons for the expansion.
