• Cablevision Systems Corp. has promoted Clifford Harris to senior vice president of law, programming. He was vice president of law, programming.

• Morrison & Foerster has appointed partner Gary Lee as a cochair of the finance department. Lee is also firmwide chair of the business restructuring and insolvency group.

• The New York State Wireless Association has elected White Plains attorney Christopher Fisher as its new president. Fisher, a founding board member of the group, is a partner at Cuddy & Feder and chair of the firm’s telecommunications practice.
