Abraham George, a Democratic candidate for Brooklyn district attorney, said he would file a lawsuit today demanding that CBS delay until after the general election the broadcast of a reality series about the work of the prosecutor’s office under District Attorney Charles J. Hynes.

George said he would argue in his state Supreme Court action that the six-part series, "Brooklyn D.A.," scheduled to start on May 28, would run afoul of both the state’s election finance laws and its Constitution.
