Wolf Haldenstein Adler Freeman & Herz has added four attorneys from Milberg. Three Milberg partners will join Wolf as partners and one Milberg of counsel, former Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Herman Cahn, will join as counsel. All four will be in Wolf’s class action practice. The new partners are Anita Kartalopoulos, Benjamin Kaufman and Janine Pollack.
Kartalopoulos handles securities fraud, and derivative litigation and mergers and acquisitions. Kaufman focuses on class action lawsuits on behalf of investors and consumers, and Pollack litigates consumer and securities class actions.
