A former Thompson Wigdor partner is suing the firm for $600,000 for his share of 2012 Southern District settlements. Scott Gilly, once a name partner at what was then called Thompson Wigdor & Gilly, left in May 2011 after a federal judge fined the firm $15,000 for allowing a client, Gilly and a now-departed associate represented in an employment discrimination case to conceal that she had been hired at a new company for more money (NYLJ, June 7, 2011).
