Manhattan-based RFR Holding LLC has purchased 350 Madison Ave., at the corner of 45th Street, for $261.6 million. The class-A office building, located in the Grand Central Terminal area, has 25 floors and nearly 400,000 square feet.
Public records show the seller as 350 Madison Properties, an affiliate of Kensico Properties, whose president is Nabil Chartouni. Kensico reportedly purchased the building in 2005 for $194.5 million.
