ESTATE OF RONALD SIMPSON, Deceased (1665/A/12) — In this estate there are two proceedings pending, one by a daughter of the decedent and the other by another daughter of the decedent, each of whom is proceeding pro se and seeks letters of administration. On the last two adjourned conference dates of the proceedings, the petitioning daughter Tyler Chelsea Proctor appeared and the petitioning daughter Shelby Simpson failed to appear. On the last adjourned conference date, on the record in open court: (1) Tyler requested that she be permitted to amend her petition to request that letters of administration issue to the Public Administrator; (2) the court granted this request, and; (3) the Public Administrator consented to accepting such letters of administration.

Accordingly, this decision and the rulings on the record constitute the order of the court granting the amended petition of Tyler Chelsea Proctor and denying the petition by Shelby Simpson. Upon Tyler’s amended petition, letters of administration shall issue to the Public Administrator upon duly qualifying according to law. The Public Administrator shall settle a copy of the decree to be entered hereon, together with a copy of this decision and order, upon both pro se petitioners.
