About 285 senior court officials whose salaries were frozen for close to a decade during the judicial pay crisis have received a 10.9 percent cost-of-living salary increase retroactive to April 1, 2012, when the judges received their first pay raise since 1999.

Roughly eight years ago, the Office of Court Administration froze the salaries of non-judicial, unrepresented employees earning $115,000 and up pending a judicial pay raise.
