Due to an editing error, an article in the Feb. 1 Outside Counsel, “Off-Label Drug Promotion and the First Amendment,” ran the incorrect dates in endnote 2 for remarks by a Food and Drug Administration official and an article reporting on them. The date of the article in Law360, “FDA Official Says Off-Label Ruling Won’t Limit Enforcement” was Jan. 30, 2013. The date of remarks by Thomas W. Abrams was also Jan. 30, 2013.
A story in the Feb. 1 Law Journal, “Veteran Orange County D.A. Will Not Seek Eighth Term,” incorrectly reported that John Tunney of Steuben County is among the five longest serving district attorneys in the state. Tunney retired at the end of 2011.
