• Reed Smith has appointed Yvan-Claude Pierre as chair of the U.S. capital markets group. In the newly created role, Pierre will lead the firm’s U.S. capital markets initiatives and work with the European and Asian capital markets groups. He will lead a team of about 125 attorneys.
