The state Senate Judiciary Committee will hold a hearing Feb. 4 in Albany on Governor Andrew Cuomo’s nomination of Jenny Rivera, a City University of New York School of Law professor, to the state Court of Appeals.
The hearing will begin at noon in Room 124 of the state Capitol. Barring unforeseen developments, after testimony from witnesses, the committee will hear from Rivera herself and vote on her nomination. The full Senate will vote on her nomination the following week. It must act by Feb. 15.
