ESTATE OF JACOB SILBERMAN also known as JACOB HERMEN SILBERMAN, deceased — In this application by an alleged creditor for the issuance of letters of administration to himself, the Public Administrator consented on the record in open court to the granting of the application. As it appears that the decedent's property, art work, may be of little or no monetary value, the court is not requiring the filing of a bond at this time (see SCPA 801 [1] [a]); however, the petitioner's counsel was advised on the record in open court that the petitioner should not pay any claim he may have against the estate absent a court order (see SCPA 1805 [1]).
