Schulte Roth & Zabel has added Brian Daly as a partner in the investment management and regulatory and compliance groups. Daly focuses on advising hedge and private equity fund managers on regulatory, compliance and operational matters. He was with Kepos Capital, which he joined in early 2010 as a founding partner.
Seyfarth Shaw has added Miles Borden as a real estate partner. Borden, who focuses on commercial real estate transactions and real estate-related matters in connection with corporate mergers and acquisitions, was a partner at Troutman Sanders.
