• Mishcon de Reya has added Mark Raskin as an intellectual property partner. He was general counsel at General Pneumatics Corp.

• Meltzer, Lippe, Goldstein & Breitstone has hired Robert Barravecchio as of counsel in its labor and employment and commercial litigation practices. He was with Epstein Becker & Green. Meltzer Lippe also has promoted associate Mary O’Reilly to partner. She is in the trusts and estates and tax-exempt organization groups.

• Stephanie Seiffert has joined Nixon Peabody as counsel in the private clients practice. Seiffert, who is based in Rochester, was executive director and senior wealth advisor at JPMorgan Chase Bank.

• McDermott Will & Emery has added Perry Sayles, a structured finance attorney, as a partner in its financial institutions advisory practice. He was a partner at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. McDermott also has hired Charles Ditkoff as counsel in the health practice. He was vice chair and head of global health care, corporate and investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

• Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker has hired Tai Rodriguez as of counsel in its government relations practice. She was an associate at McDermott Will & Emery.

• David Freeman has joined Gibbons as a director in the real property and environmental department. He was a partner at Paul Hastings.

• Bryan Cave has promoted associate Andrew Rodman to counsel. He focuses on mergers and acquisitions, securities law and general corporate matters.

• Bond, Schoeneck & King has added Richard Finkel as senior counsel in its Garden City office’s labor and employment law and municipalities practices. Finkel was the North Hempstead town attorney.

• Katten Muchin Rosenman has added two partners. Stanford Renas has joined the structured finance and securitization practice from Linklaters; litigator David Crichlow was with Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman.

• Steven Roosa has joined the public policy and regulation practice at Holland & Knight as a partner and co-chair of the firm’s new data privacy and security team. He was a partner at Reed Smith.

• Seyfarth Shaw has added A. Donald Lepore in the corporate department as a partner. He was general counsel at private investment firm RNK Capital.

• Duane Morris has added two partners in its employment, labor, benefits and immigration practice. Anthony Rao and Michael Tiliakos join from Rao Tiliakos, a labor and employment boutique they founded in 2008. Rao will also practice out of San Francisco.

• Paul Patton has joined Debevoise & Plimpton as counsel in the corporate department and financial institutions and banking groups. He had served as an executive director for Morgan Stanley.

• Venable has added labor and employment defense litigator Brian Clark as a partner. He was a partner at Clifton Budd & DeMaria.

• Stephen Culhane has joined Kaye Scholer as a partner in the fund formation practice. He was at Linklaters, where he served as a leader of its hedge fund sector team.
