Unpaid bloggers to the TheHuffingtonPost.com who claimed the company concealed data on the money the website earned from their posts have lost their bid to recover more than $100 million in damages.

Southern District Judge John Koeltl (See Profile) said on March 30 that Jonathan Tasini, Molly Secours and other authors who charged they were duped by Arianna Huffington and given misleading promises of exposure for their work knew what they were doing when they agreed to contribute to the site.
