POZNANSKI v. WANGThis motion, by plaintiffs, brought on by order to show cause, for an order: (a) pursuant to CPLR 6301 granting a preliminary injunction prohibiting (i) defendants from soliciting, contacting or otherwise communicating with the clients and customers of plaintiffs Northern Bay Management Group LLC (Northern Bay), Affinity Realty Consultants, LLC (Affinity), and Island Asset Management, LLC (IAM); (ii) defendants from utilizing the computer data, computer diskettes, books, records, documents, financial papers or any other thing or matter (including information in whatever form extant) belonging to plaintiffs Northern Bay, Affinity and IAM; (iii) defendants Walter Imperatore and Theodore P. Sasso from rendering real estate advisory, management or brokerage services to any of the other defendants; and (b) directing defendant Charles B. Wang to appear for examination before trial at the courthouse, is determined as hereinafter set forth.
