The Federal Bar Council presented its Emory Buckner Medal for “outstanding public service” to New York City Corporation Counsel Michael A. Cardozo, at podium and center at right, at the bar group’s annual Thanksgiving Luncheon at the Waldorf-Astoria on Wednesday. With Mr. Cardozo are Eastern District U.S. Attorney Loretta E. Lynch, the event’s chair, and Frank H. Wohl, president of the Federal Bar Council.
