Agriculture Company, AGCO, will acquire agricultural equipment and systems producer GSI Holdings Corp. from private investment firm Centerbridge Partners in a deal valued at $940 million.

Based in Assumption, Ill., GSI manufactures grain storage systems and equipment for chicken and pork producers that is sold in approximately 100 countries under brand names including Zimmerman, Cumberland and Agromarau. The company boasts over $700 million in annual revenue.
