• Harry P. Trueheart, a partner and chairman emeritus of Nixon Peabody, has been elected chairman and chief executive officer of TerraLex, a global network of more than 150 law firms.
• Three partners at New York City law firms are among a group of 19 senior business executives chosen by the Partnership for New York City to serve as David Rockefeller Fellows for 2011-12. They are Marcy G. Geller, a tax partner at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett; Peter Irwin, a corporate partner at Debevoise & Plimpton; and Paola Lozano, a mergers and acquisitions partner at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
