• Jeffrey M. Norton and Randolph M. McLaughlin have joined Newman Ferrara as a partner and of counsel, respectively. Mr. Norton was a partner at Harwood Feffer and Mr. McLaughlin is a professor at Pace University Law School. They will pursue a range of cases involving consumer fraud, deceptive trade practices, employment discrimination, voting rights, ERISA, securities fraud and government misconduct.
