Also, private investment firm Cerberus Capital Management has signed a 10-year lease for 110,000 square feet at 875 Third Ave.

In one of the largest leasing deals this year, Nomura Holding America Inc., a subsidiary of Tokyo-based Nomura Holdings Inc., has taken 900,000 square feet at Worldwide Plaza, 825 Eighth Ave., between 49th and 50th streets, for the next two decades.
By mid-2013, the global financial services and investment group will be relocating its Americas’ headquarters from Two World Financial Center, where it has about 500,000 square feet.
