Mr. Farley, who was with Cahill Gordon & Reindel, has extensive experience in complex syndicated loan and high-yield debt financings and has represented major commercial and investment banks in leveraged buyout financings, recapitalizations and refinancings.
• John M. Griem Jr. has joined Loeb & Loeb as a partner in the patent litigation practice. Previously a partner at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy, he concentrates on pharmaceutical and biotech patent litigation.
