Vincent L. Briccetti was confirmed yesterday as the latest judge to join the bench in the Southern District of New York. The U.S. Senate by unanimous consent confirmed Mr. Briccetti, a partner at Briccetti, Calhoun & Lawrence in White Plains, who was nominated by the White House in November. A graduate of Fordham University School of Law, Mr. Briccetti will serve in White Plains. His confirmation leaves eight vacancies in the Southern District.
