Nassau County District Attorney Kathleen Rice reported Friday that she had $2.8 million on hand to make a final push before Sept. 14′s Democratic primary for state attorney general. Ms. Rice in her last pre-primary report to the state Board of Elections disclosed that she had spent $1.9 million in the three weeks leading up to Aug. 30. Meanwhile, State Senator Eric T. Schneiderman of Manhattan had $1.3 million on hand after spending about $1.5 million.
