Avon will be calling from 777 Third Ave., as the beauty product company has signed a 15-year lease for its new North American headquarters. The company will occupy 246,500 square feet—the entire second through 11th floor. Relocation of 900 employees is scheduled to be completed by the first quarter of 2011.
