Arch Insurance Group has renewed its lease and expanded its space at 1 Liberty Plaza, adding 19,781 square feet to the more than 51,000 square feet it already rents at the building to allow more space for its underwriting practice. Also, Left/Right Inc. a reality television production company, has leased 10,000 square feet at 39 W. 19th St. for 10 years.

Arch Insurance Group has renewed its lease and expanded its space at 1 Liberty Plaza. The specialty insurer will keep more than 51,000 square feet it has been renting but also will lease another 19,781 square feet on the 29th floor for 10 1/2 years.
