A daughter of deceased fashion mogul Oleg Cassini has won her bid to seek additional payments from her father’s estimated $50 million estate under a 1952 divorce agreement between Mr. Cassini and his second wife, actress Gene Tierney.

In allowing her claim to go forward, Nassau County Surrogate John B. Riordan (See Profile) ruled that Mr. Cassini and Ms. Tierney had ample opportunity to contest the divorce decree themselves but declined to do so.
