Also, the Simons Foundation, a nonprofit that focuses on advanced research in basic science and mathematics, has signed a lease for a new headquarters at 160 Fifth Ave.

Insurance firm Beazley USA Services will relocate its New York offices to 1270 Avenue of the Americas, adding space to support an expansion of its U.S. operations.
The company signed a 10-year lease for the entire 12th floor at the 31-story building. Beginning in January, it will occupy 17,337 square feet. The firm had been renting 4,748 square feet at 400 Madison Ave. for less than four years.
