Philadelphia-based law firm Cozen O’Connor has formed Cozen O’Connor Public Strategies to offer services in public policy advocacy, regulatory compliance and contract procurement at the state, local and federal level.

Mark Alderman, the former chairman of Wolf Block who joined Cozen O’Connor in April, will spend three days a week at the firm’s Washington, D.C., office and lead the federal government relations efforts, said Cozen O’Connor president and chief executive officer Tad Decker. Mr. Alderman was a member of the Obama-Biden transition team, according to the firm.
