Appeals (1) from an order of the Supreme Court (O’Connor, J.), entered February 6, 2008 in Ulster County which, among other things, granted plaintiffs’ motion to preclude expert testimony, (2) from an order of said court, entered May 12, 2008, which granted plaintiffs’ motion for partial summary judgment on the issue of liability under the Jones Act, (3) from two orders of said court, entered June 18, 2008, which denied defendants’ motions for reconsideration, and (4) from a judgment of said court (Cahill, J.), entered October 16, 2008, upon a verdict rendered in favor of plaintiffs on the issue of damages.
