Loeb & Loeb has signed an extensive renewal and expansion at 345 Park Ave., its lone New York location since the mid-1990s. David Schaefer, Loeb's managing partner in New York, said 135 attorneys and 115 staff members are based there, and the expansion will accommodate the growth of several practice areas with a concentration on litigation, securities and white collar criminal defense. Also, Christie's Fine Art Storages has signed a lease for its first New York warehouse in Red Hook, Brooklyn. The facility, which is undergoing a $25 million gut renovation to install humidity and weather control and dust particle filtration systems, will be operational in January 2010.
