Davis Polk, Covington, Simpson Advise Sale of P&G Pharmaceutical Business
Procter & Gamble has sold its worldwide pharmaceutical business to Ireland-based Warner Chilcott Ltd. for $3.1 billion. Also, Paris-based advertising company Publicis Groupe will acquire Razorfish, a digital marketing agency, from Microsoft. The transaction is valued at approximately $530 million, which will be paid in cash and Publicis stock.
