Three Upper East Side multi-family buildings have been purchased by Penson Companies for nearly $11 million. The properties, which were sold by Manhattan owners Extell Development, include five-story 402 E. 80th St. and four-story buildings at 1522 First Ave. and 1667 First Ave. Also, OSI Pharmaceuticals has signed an agreement to purchase a 43-acre site in the Ardsley Park Science and Technology Center in Westchester County for $27 million, where it will consolidate its U.S. offices.
