Unless he changes his mind, Bernard L. Madoff will plead guilty tomorrow to 11 counts in the largest Ponzi scheme in history, and he may be sent right to prison. Assistant U.S. Attorney Marc Litt told Southern District Judge Denny Chin yesterday that Mr. Madoff, 70, faces as much as 150 years behind bars. Mr. Madoff does not have a plea deal with the government, and he must plead guilty to all 11 counts in the criminal information filed yesterday.
