After a long fought battle against possible bankruptcy, Sirius XM Radio Inc. has struck a deal with Liberty Media Corp. to borrow $530 million from the media company. In return, Liberty will receive 40 percent of the company and have two seats on Sirius' board of directors. Also, Canadian chemical company, Nova Chemicals Corporation, has entered into an all-cash agreement to be acquired for $2.3 billion by International Petroleum Investment Company, owned by the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
