Richard Fiorile, 55, specializes in criminal law as a senior district attorney at the Duchess County District Attorney’s Office. A graduate of Pace Law School, he was admitted to the bar in 1987.
His goals include increasing the roster of the 450-member group by reaching out to government lawyers and young attorneys; revising the group’s CLE programs to be more convenient and less expensive; organizing events so attorneys and judges in the area can meet; and maintaining the judiciary’s active role in the association.
Mr. Fiorile was installed April 30.

Steven I. Milligram, 54, is a founding and senior member of Tarshis, Catania, Liberth, Mahon & Milligram in Newburgh. A civil trial attorney specializing in medical malpractice defense cases, he was admitted in 1982 after graduating from Pace Law School.
His plans for the 350-member group include increasing and expanding services to members, specifically CLE; working to form strategic alliances with other professional associations in the community; enhancing electronic communications with members; and surveying members on their desired bar association programs and services.
Mr. Milligram was installed on May 8.
