Lululemon Athletica Inc. is facing litigation in the New York federal court over its diversity, equity and inclusion initiative, with two shareholders alleging that executives withheld that the program couldn't combat racial discrimination within the company.
Shane Kanaly and James Wong filed their cases against Lululemon this week, one year after over a dozen current and former employees came forward with claims of a corporate culture that was hostile to Black employees.
