CryptocurrencyA default judgement for $21,655.07 was entered against defendant in 2016. After Coinbase, Inc., a third party who provides online trading platform for cryptocurrency, was served with a restraining notice, defendant filed an order to show cause to: void the restraining notice sent to Coinbase; lift all restrains and executions; stay all judgment enforcement action; and direct restitution.
