The New York Attorney General’s Office on Wednesday said that reports of alleged perjury by former Trump CFO Allen Weisselberg during his testimony in the AG’s civil fraud case against Donald Trump and others should not delay a decision from the presiding judge.

The AG’s Office told Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron that they were not involved or aware of any negotiations between Weisselberg and the Manhattan District Attorney’s office regarding possible charges of perjury.
