A three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit on Tuesday issued a summary order affirming the dismissal of onetime Trump attorney Michael Cohen’s claims against Trump and other current and former federal government officials for his return to federal prison from furlough in 2020.
Cohen’s attorney Jon-Michael Dougherty of Gilbert LLP said he and his team are disappointed by the ruling and will seek review by the U.S. Supreme Court.
